Selecting and Booking Rooms, Preparing Them for Work

At your request, managers of the Reception Department will assist you in selecting a venue for your event and install the necessary equipment and devices. Since the rental rates are defined by the room owners, working with us you will save your money, efforts and time.

We can also assist in arranging meals for you at your convenience and accommodation of the participants of the event at their convenience. You can also commission our managers to deal with the participants of the event.

Collection of Registration Fees, Required Financial Services

If necessary:
• we provide our settlement account for any money transfers;
• we accept cash payments from participants of the events;
• we accept payments with credit cards and electronic orders. We will consider any proposals of organizing committees on financial cooperation and cash flow management.

Production and Preparation of "Participant’s Folder"

A briefcase (bag) with the logo and name of the event, a pen with the logo, a note-pad, a plastic bag, etc.
The cost of the order will be announced after obtaining a detailed list and showing samples of the products.

Arranging Meals

RosBusinessTour can arrange meals for tourist groups in cafes, restaurants and canteens of the city as well as for participants of seminars, conferences, etc., in the form of coffee-breaks, dinners, banquets and buffet receptions in cafes, restaurants, palaces and hotels of the city.

We can arrange catering services. The cost of meals include the rate of a restaurant or a cafe, etc. + 5% commission for arranging meals. At your request, managers of the Reception Department will provide all the necessary information and assist in arranging meals at your convenience in terms of place and time.

Security Services

If necessary, security services for the event can be provided by official security agencies.

Booking, Purchasing and Delivery of Airplane and Railway Tickets

• Airplane tickets are booked and sold at the rates set by airlines. Delivery within St. Petersburg is free. When delivering to other cities, postal expenses or courier services are charged additionally.
• We charge 200 rubles for booking, selling and delivering railway tickets. When delivering to other cities, postal expenses or courier services are charged additionally.

Sequential and Simultaneous Translation

We provide experienced interpreters with good knowledge of the language and the theme of your event. Both sequential and simultaneous translation (in any language from English to Japanese) can be provided.

Printing Services

Booklets, informational materials, invitations, etc. are available. The cost of booklets, leaflets, invitations, etc. production will be announced after obtaining samples of the printed products and are determined by the printing house costs.
